@19:20 your revolving from the shape but I'm completely baffled as to how you do that. My revolve is all over the place, either to large a revolve or in the totally different direction. I'm really struggling to understand how the Revolve command works. Even your earlier small tut had a revolve command which I ended up frustrated with.
How to create left and right points that are mirrorable?
Golden channel
Thanks!
whats the point of it when it doesnt make the layer transparent?
Depending on the format you save it will be transparent. But you can also have multiple Alpha channels that are useful for more than just making a transparent background.
Vaughn... you are the MAN(puppet)!
Thanks!
Great! This is exactly what I need! And I took 30 second to learn!
Glad it helped!
Genius method.
Glad you think so!
as for my not work Copy and Transform! I'm added this node but all copies move as one object! How to separate all copies?
I am not sure if this has changed but it no longer prompts you to select the pivot point, it just gives you the move command after pressing Shift + D
how about moving just one vertex or edge? how do you do that?
Loving the content! Really helping me to understand the program. Searching high and low for this answer, when you chamfer or fillet and edge is there a way to limit the result to surrounding edges or faces on your model? An example would be to take a cube and chamfer the left and right top edges first, then take either the top front or back edge and chamfer/fillet that edge and have it match exactly the previous chamfer/fillets. I keep having the eyeball the results and I would think there has to be a way to easily match the edges perfectly. Thanks again for the content!
This takes 20 seconds for floyd in Plasticity, I need someone to do the same with polygon modelling and compare the speed
60-second videos that take an hour to figure out lol! Good challenge! That revolve tool rotation axis had me stuck for a while there.
straight to the point! thanks
Welcome
Yes, but with all that, you are still back in modelling instead of cad, because you can not do measurements.
Plasticity has measurements
It shows me a constant error. The tutorial doesn't show how it should be positioned in relation to the cylinder. Please correct it. It take 4-5 times to do it rights. Fillets don't work somehow...
Havent run into thatissue. Can you share example
Perfect foocking video
Thanks
this is fantastic!
Good to hear!
Why can’t you make the background white?
@@michaeldavis8259 you want the 3D workspace to be white?
Yes if possible
BEST TEACHER) THANK YOU FOR PRACTICE)
Wow, thank you
Life and time saver as usual. Thank you!
You're welcome!
I love your bite sized tutorials. They help me work through other Houdini tutorials, as many folks that do tutorials don't explain what the nodes they're using actually do. Thank you so much. You've come to my rescue many times.
Happy to hear. Enjoy!
William,... You Rock! ☺️
Thanks!
miam miam
I'm stuck at the first step with the radial array. I can't seem to get it to come off of that point. Instead it just parallel lines around the curve line. What am I missing here?
can you show example
@@Pixelfondue I figured it out. I had other objects visible and it was using that center point to revolve around which was causing the issue
@@joshuaandashleyearles-benn4749 glad you have it working now
How so mach shortcut you are?
@Pixelfondue is there a way to detach faces from a solid
yes. ruclips.net/video/dlKv5daWeM8/видео.html Alt+J
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
This was so helpful. Used this process of blender
Good to hear!
im trying to join 2 faces but it says the input faces are not from the same body, im trying everything boolean etc , pls help
can you share example
There is a problem with that in Photoshop 23 Now fliping center is not a center of canvas and is very bad for me... how to fix it?
Can you share example
Hey, great tutorial, however I have a big issue, whenever I use the bridge curve, and align it with the tangent, it is limited in "resolution", as if there were polygones, and when I apply the curves as obects, it deosnt line up properly, I've tried many things but I don't know what to do, even after the boolean it doesn't match properly.. Thanks in advance if you, or anyone have a solution :)
а обратно??
at 18:03 you say extrude the bottom face and flare it out, how do you flare it out? havent found what to press to achieve that.
The white ring handle
I LOVE YOU
I need custom font, no way to add it ?
Not at this time.
How do you turn on the points?
1 on keyboard
Great!!. I'm new to CAD world and plasticity. Your videos is so helpful. Thank u :D. What do u think about the idea of making a video modeling a dovetail box and other about aligning two objects at the same high?. Can't find examples in plasticity out there :(
That's a good idea for an exercise.
Wow, that was amazing. Thank you very much!
Omfg what I just saw. I’m ur fan.
Thanks!
I need pet smart like this one 😸
Dont we all!
"G" for the translate tool shortcut means Grab I believe. in blender it simply "grabs" the object in screen space
no me deja herramienta de pluma no es igual el video.. muy raro y no lo entiendo que crear la capa y luego cambia solo nombre [ ... ] , que teclado pulsa?
Hello, I have bought many of your plugins, but I have some new nodes that I would like to set up my own icons. Can you teach me? Thank you

Love your tutorial! But how to create a diagonal line?
Perfekt 👌
Thanks
how to separate offset stroke from text?
Expand it to make it paths and you can edit as needed
how am I running into surface issues with this? literally simples tutorial there is and i get some horrendous results after the final fillet
Can you share file on Discord so others can look at your source
Cool.
